Discover Goodwill® of Southern and Western Colorado changes the lives of individuals and families by eliminating barriers to opportunity and helping people become independent through learning and the power of work. We offer customized job training, employment placement and other services to people who lack education or job experience, face employment challenges or have disabilities.

Discover Goodwill funds more than 20 diverse programs by selling donations in our thrift stores and online. You help individuals find and maintain employment each time you donate gently-used goods. In fact, six donation visits to Discover Goodwill put someone to work!

As a social enterprise, Discover Goodwill also generates revenue by contracting with businesses and government agencies to provide professional janitorial and commercial laundry services, document imaging, grounds maintenance and more. Proceeds are reinvested in the growth and development of our programs and services. At the heart of these business activities is our mission of helping individuals find work, both with Discover Goodwill and in the communities we serve.

Mission Statement

Discover Goodwill is dedicated to helping people reach their highest level of personal and economic independence.

We Value:
